41st BCS Exam Date
The authority of Bangladesh Public Service Commission does not confirm the 41st BCS Preliminary exam. In previous years of experience, we say that the preliminary exam was held between 3 months after the circular is published. So, this year we expect that the exam will be held in March 2020. The BPSC authority will publish the exact time and date of the preliminary exam.
How To Apply 41st BCS Exam?
The application process of the 41st BCS exam will be starting on the 5th of December 2019. Interested candidates apply for the 41st BCS exam online. For that, they can go to the link – http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd/. After going to this address, they can see three different categories like 1)Application Form for General Cadre 2) Application Form for Professional/Technical Cadre 3) Application Form for General/Technical Cadre.
If a candidate wishes to attend the General Cadre exam, then select the General Cadre button. If a candidate wishes to attend the Professional/Technical Cadre exam, then select the Professional/Technical Cadre button and If a candidate wishes to attend in the General and Professional (Both) Cadre exam, then select the General/Technical Cadre button. The last date of online application is on 4th January 2020.
Online Payment Method for 41st BCS Exam
There are two steps are performed for the 41st BCS exam payment fees. You can be paid this payment through a mobile phone. The 41st BCS exam fee is 700 taka. Here is the first SMS format-

After sending this SMS then you will receive an SMS as a reply is describing below
Applicant’s Name, Tk-700(100 Tk. for Physically Handicapped, Ethnic Minority Group and Third Gender Group Candidates) will be Charged as Application Fee. Your PIN is (8 digit number) XXXXXXXX. To Pay Fee, type BCS < Space>Yes PIN Number and send it to 16222.
After receiving this SMS, then send the new message from your Teletalk number.
