The National University Bangladesh is the largest university in Bangladesh that was established by parliamentary law as an affiliated university in the country to provide postgraduate and graduate education to students through its affiliated colleges and professional institutes across the country. The online application for admission to the Degree in the 2020-21 session at the National University starts on 13th November 2019, and the online application form will be accepted until 27th November 2019. The national university admission form can be completed from their official website. To do this, visit the nu.edu.bd admission, then click on the “Degree Pass” tab and click the “Apply now” button. Applicants must submit a paper copy of the form with the National University application fee is 250 Taka between 14th to 28th November at their particular colleges.

Candidates must complete the online application process after having published the admission circular for the degree of National University. Important time and dates for admission in the degree 1st are shown below:

- Ending Date of Online Application Process: 27-11-2019.
- Application Fee: 250/ BDT.
- Last Date of Payment: 28-11-2019.

General Eligibility for Admission
There are some criteria for Degree 1st year admission that followed by the National University. If you can meet the following conditions then you can apply for it.
- Candidates who have passed the year 2015/2016/2017 SSC or Equivalent examination and passed HSC or equivalent examination in the year of 2017/2018/2019 can apply for the admission. In Bangladesh Technical Education Board, only HSC Vocational, HSC Business Management and Diploma-in-Commerce candidates of HSC level can apply for this admission program.
- Candidates who passed in at least four subjects including a B grade in three subjects in the year of 2015/2016/2017 in O- Level exam and passed in A-Level Exam for 2017/2018/2019, can apply for this admission program.
- In case of one or two different academic years, a candidate will be deemed to have canceled his/her graduation if he/she has a dual admission in Graduation (Honours), Graduation (Honours) Professional and Degree (Pass) regular or private courses.
How to Apply for NU Degree Admission 2020?
If you are wanted to get admitted to National University, then you must apply in online. National University admission form is available on their website. If you do not submit the application online, you will not be considered eligible for admission in National University. Therefore, each student must submit an application on the official website of the National University. Below are instructions on how to submit an application online from the National University official website.
- At first, go to the link- http://app1.nu.edu.bd/.
- Select the Degree Pass
- Click on Apply Now Button in the left sidebar.
- Put your HSC Roll/Registration.
- Write your Education Information Number.
- At last click on Submit Button.
After a few times later, you will see the result with details information.
If the student is studying in another college with TC, he/she will download the form with the regular registration number for submission and submit the information along with the copy of the TC to the college. After submitting the application online for the purpose of completing the application, if any mistake is noticed then the application form can be downloaded again after the cancellation of the application through the concerned college. In this case, the college authorities can cancel the application form online.
National University Degree Admission Result 2020
The result will be published based on the results of HSC and SSC. 60% of the marks will be counted for the result of the HSC exam and 40% of the marks will be counted for the result of the SSC exam and all the results will be counted without the fourth subject. The result will be published on the official website of National University. There are two ways that you can collect your admission result. When the NU admission results publishing; you can get it from online and you can also get the result through Mobile SMS.
To obtain the result of the NU degree admission via SMS, it is necessary to send an SMS to the number 16222 from any mobile operator. Simply follow the following system to get the result of the admission of the NU diploma via SMS.
SMS Format: NU <Space> ATDG <Space> Roll No and Send to 16222.
Example: NU ATDG 18894355 and Send 16222.
